The Challenge
Lofa Consulting required a unified platform to deliver NDIS training to both support workers and participants. Existing processes relied heavily on manual and paper-based systems, resulting in:

- Limited visibility into course completion and staff readiness
- Difficulty tracking learner progress and certifications
- Poor accessibility and usability for diverse learner needs
Support workers struggled to access training materials consistently, while managers lacked reliable data to monitor performance, compliance, and skill development across teams.

We designed and developed a purpose-built NDIS Learning Management System using a design-first, user-centred approach. The platform was informed by direct research with support workers, participants, and service coordinators to ensure accessibility, clarity, and real-world usability.
