Job Description:

  • Look for blogs and guest posting opportunities
  • Apply SEO practices to create and publish on-page and off-page content with backlinks
  • Produce well-researched content for publication online
  • Organize writing schedules to complete assignments within deadlines
  • Communicate and cooperate with the content and SEO teams, including the content manager, SEO specialists, editors, web publishers, and other writers
  • Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results

Position requirements:

  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
  • At least 1 year SEO content experience including the creation of website content, blogs, guest posting, meta tags, and other off-page content preferred
  • Ability to work independently with little to no daily supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
  • Proficiency with computer and applications, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
  • Willingness to familiarize oneself with each client's voice, content requirements, brand image, products, and services, etc.
  • Background in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Willing to work in Shaw, Ortigas CBD (Cityland Shaw Tower, Shaw Blvd. cor. St. Francis St., near Shangri-La Plaza)
